    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Good Morning & Welcome to the Weekend to all of my Mini Goal Friend's !!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to work on a New Recipe I have in mind for Induction Friendly Fibre Filled Flat Bread made in the Microwave.

    I gave it a try last night, still have a few things to work out & will share as soon as I get it perfect.

    There will be a Sweet version to have with butter /cream cheese in the Morning or as a Treat & a Savory version to have as a Burger/Sandwitch Bread !!!

    Have a GREAT Day & Weekend Whatever Your Plan's & Mini Goal's May Be !!!

        Look forward to the recipe once you have it perfected.

        My mini goals for the day, to eat on plan, make sure to drink enough fluids, get some housework done and get off the ADBB and do my exercise routine...

          Morning Everyone! My goal for today is to get my water in...I am aiming for 150 ounces. I am heading up to the mountains to play in the snow...have a great Atkins day!

            Snow ? really Carrie. I am happy enough to just wait for it down here. And it will come.
            I am going to restrict mindless eating even if it kills me.
            I am really going to work on that and on adding EVERYTHING to fitday. It helps me be straight and narrow.

              My goal is to put everything in Fit Day. I did that yesterday and was surprised to see I was eating more carbs than I expected (well, actually I did suspect that).

                I find Fitday quite a nice corrector too. Those carbs sure creep up on you
