Re: Ranch Dressing
I try to use homemade vinaigrettes whenever possible but sometimes you just need some ranch dressing!
I like Marie's Creamy Ranch (in the refrigerator section in produce) and a lot of people like Hidden Valley Ranch. Both of these contain non-Induction ingredients but many people find they can use them without problems.
Marie's Creamy Ranch
Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Nonfat Buttermilk (Cultured Skim Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3), Eggs, Egg Yolks. Contains 2% or Less of Each of the Following Ingredients: Salt, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Spices, Garlic, Sugar, Onion, Xanthan Gum.
Hidden Valley Ranch
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil (Canola Oil and/or Soybean Oil), Egg Yolk, Sugar, Salt, Cultured Nonfat Buttermilk, Natural Flavor, Spices, less than 1% of Garlic (Dried), Onion, Vinegar, Phosphoric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Modified Food Starch, Monosodium Glutamate, Artificial Flavors, Disodium Phosphate, Sorbic Acid and Calcium Disodium Edta As Preservatives, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate.

Re: Ranch Dressing
I use hidden valley - and not sure if it interferes or not, since I've always used it. I do try to limit. Sometimes on salads I make my own dressing - mayo/avocado/tomato blend, very good!sigpic
