Ok I know I have posted another thread concerning this burst.. I love it and all because I know that I am burning fat...but will this coffee buzz feeling go away?? LOL I don't drink anything but water. I feel like I could go out and build a house with no help!!

I feel that if I keep eating on plan and exercising the burst of energy stays with me. I sleep more soundly and require less sleep than before. I don't want a nap in the middle of the day either.
Keep it up and it should stick around!Carrie
