Looking it up at FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, I find that 1 fluid ounce of fresh or frozen is 2.6 total carbs and 0.12 fiber.

1 fluid ounce of canned or bottled is 2.1 total carbs and .12 fiber.

(1 fluid ounce = 2 Tbs.)
