Okay today I drank like 5 16oz bottles of water and only went to the bathroom 3 times and I usually go way more than that. Also, I tend to check ketostix everyday and I always register but i didnt register today. I know you may be in ketosis and not register but i ALWAYS register on the sticks when in ketosis.
Here is what i ate today...
Breakfast
2 slices of bacon
spincah, egg, cheese omlette (2 eggs, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of spinach.
Snack
3 hot wings
Lunch
6 hot wings (Didnt have any veggies with that because i was pressed for time)
Dinner
Salmon
1/2 cup broccoli with cheddar cheese
