Okay so today i got really stressed about exams and stuff and had a complete cheat day.
I ate 2 fun size snicker bars and a McDouble sandwich, small fry and small drink. I feel really bad.
So my question is, do i go back to induction or continue with OWL like i had been in?

No excuse for it. The good thing was that I did manage to stop myself. My initial thought was "well, I already cheated so what does it matter now". But I know now that the longer I let it go, the harder it will be to get back on track. So, I put the cheating out of my mind and went back to eating plan for dinner.
