  • So I lost...*drumroll*...

    19.1 lbs since I started!

Sorry to make a new thread, but my old one was dragging on about other topics. For those that read my other topics I was switching from a non-Atkins low arb diet to the Atkins diet and by adding veggies and drinking water/seltzer I'm rockin' it and I feel great!

This morning I discovered a new notch on my belt. Theres the first notch that's all worn out from being used the most. Then theres the next notch that's like "ok sometimes depending on the pants I can use this notch on the belt". Then theres the "omg I've never used this notch since I bought the belt notch".

Yeah, I'm on that notch today!

(p.s. I don't mean to sound arrogant or anything...I've just been very quiet about this and I'm thinking it's time to start celebrating by being happy for myself instead of hard on myself...I can go all the way!)

I called every one in my family when I had to make a new hole in my belt. It is such a big deal and you should be really proud. Congratulations!

Well done! It's so great when the weight comes off without suffering to accompany it.

            Way to go!
