We had a party last weekend and someone brought this dipping sauce. It is amazing and I've eaten it with everything: chicken, salmon, celery sticks, you name it. It looks to be pretty Atkins-friendly to me but I'd love an eval from some more experienced eyes. Are the vinegars a problem? Thanks!

Creole Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup creole mustard or Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon green onion, sliced in pieces
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
