I have had 5 meals and 1600 calories and am still hungry. I just finished my 14 day induction and am stalled at 195 pounds. (down about 12)
I have decided that I want to go up a level to rung 1 and add a bit of carbs such as spinach for my egg, celery and cucumbers to munch on in the afternoon.
I understand that we can eat all the meat/protein that we want but I have a tendency to binge ...even on meat. Plus I know if I go up anymore on calories then my weight will be stalled. I have already had 25 grams of carbohydrates today.
So any ideas about what I can eat.
