I started induction 7 days ago, and although I am having a little bit of trouble getting the 65/30/5 percents exactly right each day (I am usually closer to 55/40/5), I have been successful sticking to the food list and am down 9 pounds

Thanks for the encouragement and all of the successes to help motivate me. No more sweet cravings, finally, that was probably the hardest part for the first week.
