  • A night out...sigh

I fudged this past saturday. I had been doing so well! Ijust found that I had lost 18lb after 3 weeks of being on induction, (and i plan to continue) But I went out with my friend for her birthday and consumed 2 bud light tall beers, a potato skin with cheddar cheese and bacon on it, and had pasta today with home made sauce from scratch i made myself (just a small helping) I am really upse with myself and plan to get on track now. as of 11:36 pm. I am going to Atlanta GA on Tuesday and Coming home the next day, and am scared about menu choices. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? PLEASE help. I need to stay in line!

    Thanks!

    Allison

Nice response "fluffy", had to smile at that one, hate those potato bugs!! And Dolly, just look forward, don't beat yourself up for a little slippage!! You fessed up anyways, took responsibility for your own actions and here you are back to a fresh start. Good luck with your trip, stay focused!

Go to the FAQ Forum and make copies of the Acceptable Food List for Induction and the Rules of Induction. Take them with you. Refer to them often. They can serve as a reminder so you don't have any lapses.
