    Good Morning to all my "Atkins" Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    i've already pre-planned my food and journaled, plus have done most of my exercise challenges - so my goal is to stick to my food plan and get in at least 10 flights of stairs.

      Hello ALL of my Mini Goal Friend's , it's Monday we are off to the start of another GREAT ANA Week !!!

      My Mini Goal's for today are once again to rink all of my 100oz of Water & to take my Rottie Rosie Lea for a nice Walk on the Wooded Trail out back along the Water !!!

        I am going to have some coconut oil today.
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        May Challenges 2010
        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

          30 push ups! I do 5 or 10 here and there.... mini-goal is 30 by the end of the day.
          Starting: 163 Current: 151 Goal: 130

            My goal is to keep my water down...stomach flu has run amuk at my house...everyone has been or is still sick. Ugh! You know how hard it is to eat meat when your tummy is upset...I am hanging in there tho and eating small amounts of good food.

              Awww sorry to hear you have been sick Carrie. Hope everyone in your house is well again SOON!

              My goal is to eat on plan. No bites, tastes or crumbs of anything that isn't allowed.
