  • A little disappointed

    things have been going so well i am going on week 3 been losing losing losing and all of a sudden i jump on scale today and i am up 4 lbs. I am not about to quit but find it very frustrating. Trying to think of something sweet to eat lol thinking of whip cream and splenda any ideas.

    weight differs everyday.
    Dont go by the scale
    What plan are you on? what did you eat yesterday?
    and did you drink enough.
    Wait a few days and then go on the scale.
    Relax you will get there.
    How much do you have to lose?

      Well you have to remember the scale moves up and down. The only true measure is to take your measurements weekly and pictures.

      You can not let this get you down. You just have to keep plugging away. Remember you did not get this way overnight and you will not change overnight. It takes time!

        The scale bounces around alot for me. Many things make a difference and it would surprise you. Post some menus and let us take a look. Other factors can be water retention from salt intake or extra exercise, muscle mass increases, TOM being near, weighing at a different time of day....don't get lost...stay on track and the scale will submit to your will!
