    Hello all,
    My name is Jackie. I have been on and off of atkins for about 4 years. I have gained and lost. I now have a 22 month old at home and am getting married in June 2010. I finally have the courage to come back to Atkins once and for all. Not only for my wedding but remembering how good I felt when I was doing good (went a year cheat free). I am now 220 pounds and my goal is 140 by June 1, 2010.
    I would like to say that this seems to be the place to come for advice and kind words to help everyone along. I look forward to interacting with all of you.
    Pleas wish me luck and some tips would be great as I will need them J!

    You can do it. You just have to stick to your plan and remember this is FOR LIFE!! No more yo-yoing...

    Congrats on your up coming wedding. You have plenty of time to get sexy before the big day. And of course this site is great for support.

      Hi and welcome. You've done it before so you know it works, just stick with it, its all good in the end. I am sure you will make a beautiful bride no matter what




      Started this diet on Sun 4/26/09

      50 lbs gone on Sun 9/27/09

      Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.
