I would say make sure you are getting 1500 cals a day and that may mean adding more fat.
Your menu looks good. You could just be in PISS (Post Induction Stall Syndrome) Some folks have a couple of weeks after Induction when nothing happens no matter how good they are being. Then it breaks suddenly and you usually get a big whoosh of several pounds once your body finally decides to get with the program.
