Hi, I have a quick question for the community.
Must I eat the 20 net carbs a day while on induction or can I get away with < 10 net carbs. And what if I ate 0 net carbs one of the days during induction does it hinder ketosis in anyway?
I have been eating salad with dinner each night but I was wondering if I were to eliminate salad a couple nights a week will that improve weight loss even further?
