Is flavored Polar Seltzer Water OK while on induction?

I have a bottle of Pomegranate Polar Seltzer water in front of me. The label reads:

    Calories: 0
    Total Fat: 0g
    Sodium: 0mg
    Total Carbs: 0g
    Protiein: 0

    Incrediants: Contains carbonated water,natural flavors.

Im guessing this is allowed but I dont know what the "natural flavors" consist of. Anyone have any insight? I drink about 12 16oz bottles of plain ole regular water a day. Just looking to mix it up.

It doesn't count towards your water, but as there's no sweetener, it shouldn't be a problem.

Why not drink plain seltzer ... then there's no "natural flavors" (that are probably chemical in origin!)?

      Acceptable Beverages
Be sure to drink a minimum of eight eight-ounce glasses of water each day, including:

      Filtered water
      Mineral water
      Spring water
      Tap water

nothing else but the list above counts toward your "water" after you drink the allotted water you can drink other things, but make sure you get your "water" in first.
