  • HELP!Is it ok to eat more than 5 meals a day on induction?

Hey ya all...HelP! I'm just wondering if I could eat more than 5x a day as long as I dont exceed the 20 net carb limit..I'm on my 9th day on induction. There are days that I dont feel hungry at all but I feel hungry the whole day today.. Ive exceeded the 5 meal limit but with low carb meals/snack? Will it affect my weight loss???

Dr. Atkins advises us to have at least three meals per day, so anything above is fine as long as you eat because you are hungry.

Danke Georgiana.. I'm a newbie and I think my body is still adjusting to low carb eating lifestyle. I wish I could reach my goal just like the others. Well tomorrow is another day, hope to do better....

        It's not a matter of "wishing" ... it's a matter of planning.

        Plan, plan, plan.

Doing and planning.... and then when you reach goal, you keep planning!

During Induction I planned every thing that went into my mouth. I would eat about 5 meals (small meals) a day.
