Plssss..Anybody who's kind enough to give their old DANDR book?
Plssss...Anyone...I'm a newbie. If it's not too much to ask, Is there anyone who is willing to give their copy of DANDR if you have extra or if you're not using it (old or torn will do) It's no longer available here in the Philippines. I have a copy of "The Atkins essentials" and "Atkins for life" but I've read in this board that most of the Atkineers are using DANDR and that the "Atkins for life " is not a weight loss book ...though it is a great book but it's for maintenance....I need to lose weight. I'm 40 lbs overweight...HELPPPPP!

I only have one copy so I cannot give it up...but have you tried amazon.com? They have tons of used copies and ship anywhere in the world. Good luck!Carrie

www.half.com or www.amazon.com --- I purchased my book in January from amazon - including shipping I paid right about $5.00 for it (and it was brand new).

If it doesn't work out, send me your address by private message and when I go home to the US at Christmas I will bring one back and send it to you from Hong Kong.
I know its a bit of a wait but that's the earliest I will be back there.
