I know a lot of people get headaches while on Atkins and I would love to lend a hand in using what I know about herbs to help.
My suggestion, when you feel that headache come on, is to drink a cup or two of peppermint tea (must be peppermint, spearmint is not the same) and put some rosemary in it.
Peppermint is a wonderful and natural painreliever as well as a reliever of headaches. Peppermint is also wonderful as a digestive aid!
Rosemary has been used for centuries to treat headaches, pain and has a tendency to thin the blood just a little which can allow better blood flow to the brain. Rosemary is also helpful for stomach cramps.

I'm a headache sufferer and will definitely give them a try. I have lots of rosemary growing in my garden.
