My goal is to get down to my GW and start getting back into bodybuilding. I WILL achieve a lean and muscular 195lbs.
Just wondering how many here have picked up serious bodybuilding and what sort of results have you seen while on the diet?

And it reduces appetite in some folks too (although I can't say it has affected mine)
