So, on induction, I lost 17 lbs. Then on OWL I lost 7 lbs in the next two weeks (as of October
. But it was frustratingly up and down, up and down. I didn't even update my ticker which was something I did regularly.
So I just kept plugging along, the only change being to watch that cooked broccoli (which I could eat pounds of) and switch to Bob's Big Boy dressing (blue cheese) on my salad, and it was great. The carbs and sugars fit within guidelines and I don't even use 2TB. A little goes a long way.
Anyway, as I'd been hovering around 312-314 the last two+ weeks, this morning, the scale read...
wait for it...
307!!!
I know that's still a lot but the WOOSH was long-awaited.
