  • It's about time!

I am feeling so much better, not 100% but way better then I was. I have been focusing on getting better so I have been eating at maintance for the past week and have regained the strength I lost while sick. I have stayed at 157 (give or take a lb) for the past week. I had got down to 154 while sick but I think I was starving and dehydrated. As soon as I started eating it came back up.

Anyway tomorrow I am starting back with the program and eating below CCLL again. I also plan to really jump back into the exercise challenges.

I hope everyone is doing good!

Thanks for the update. Glad you are feeling better. You did a great job maintaining, especially while sick. Back to business now...good luck.

Happy to hear you are feeling better. I hate being sidelined with illness. I know you are anxious to get back on track.

I so am! I am about to have breakfast if I can pull myself out of my warm bed. I am planning on having Yogurt with a little bit of prune (yummy ) and a tablesoon of oatmeal mixed in. I haven't counted the carbs yet but I think it should be ok.

        Anyway here I go

Edit: Well the breakfast surprised me...it was great, a little high on the carbs but I figure it is fine for breakfast.

        Calories: 401
        Fat: 5.3
        Saturated: 2.8
        Polyunsaturated: 0.0
        Carbohydrate: 15.2
        Protein: 6.4
        Alcohol: 0.0

I took the fiber out because I used custom foods of which fiber isn't listed, but with prunes and oatmeal I know there is some in there.
