    Oh man... Had a craving I could actually enjoy and go along with: HOT WINGS! I was reading one of the threads about restaurant eating and hot wings and then it hit me like a freight train that I gotta have some wings today. No to the flour coating. Yes to the celery. Yes to the blue cheese dressing. My mouth's on fire now but it just hurts so good.

    What are some of your low-carb "gotta-have-it" treats?

    Hot wings are good
    I guess I have different kind of "gotta-have-it" impulses. Sometimes I just want salsa. I like to make a sort of moch nachos using pork rinds. That often fills a need. And then there is whipped cream - just once in a while it seems to heal all ills. :0

      Mine is crunch. Thats when I take a slice or two of American or cheddar, cut it into little squares, and microwave it into cheese nips.
