I had a big slip up tonight and ate some pizza and drank milk. I'm on my 14th day of induction and lost 10 lbs. I had terrible cravings, prob due to TOM. Anyway the damage is done, and apart frm feeling sick, I don't know what to do. I'm getting right back on track in the morning. Am I going to go through induction flu again? Thanks for your help.

Re: What do I do now?
Just continue with the plan. But you should come up with a different way to deal with TOM cravings... because TOM will happen again. If pizza is what you want, you can make cauliflower pizza, for example, which is okay for Induction.Originally posted by MandaLynch View PostAnyway the damage is done, and apart frm feeling sick, I don't know what to do.

This is Jamie's (cleochatra) recipe for cauliflower pizza: Cauliflower Pizza Crust: Worth its Wow in Gold
Make sure the cauliflower is not wet when you make the "batter", or else you'll get a very mushy crust.
I see something happened to Jamie's pictures...
I took this picture when I made the pizza a while ago:

Re: What do I do now?
Difficult to describe the texture... It's a bit like a baked cauliflower pancake (think, potato pancake with cauliflower instead of potatoes and baked instead of friedOriginally posted by Barb1965 View PostThat looks good, but can somebody describe what the cauliflower crust tastes like or more specifially the texture?
), but it's more firm from all that cheese it has in it. You can hold it in your hand if you dry the cauliflower before mixing it with the other ingredients, but don't expect the crust to have the firmness of the "regular" pizza crust. I usually eat mine with a fork and knife; it keeps me from overeating.
