I probably have all the answers to my own questions, but need to hear it from someone else.
I started my third week on Atkins today. Saturday I slipped and ate pizza and milk and had about a 1lb weight gain.
Right now it is TOM, I am having bathroom issues (can't go
), and I can sense more weight creeping back on already.
I've been reading that the third week is the typical 'stall' week for many people on Atkins, and as of right now I seem to have everything going against me with TOM etc.
Do you have any advice as to how I make it through this week without getting too upset about stalls and so forth?
