    is flaxseed legal?

    I love flax and esp mix it with egg to kinda make bread but is it legal? i'm on induction
    and if so how much can i have a day?

      From what I've read on this forum and in the book, I think while you're doing induction you should keep it to 1 Tbsp. per day. You can start using more later on one in OWL.
