    Rungs?

Is there a good site to read about this? or which chapter in the book. I do have the book it's just finding time to read it. I have to wait til my class is over at school which is 3 more weeks.

    Re: Rungs?

Any of the sticky threads here involving Ongoing Weight Loss and the same chapters in the book will explain the Rungs.

Take the book with you when you go to the bathroom.

Seriously - there are no good excuses not to read the book. You are trying a whole new lifestyle. You should be informed. It only takes a few minutes a day. Get off the computer. Pick up the book.

Here's a sticky I find very helpful in knowing which foods you can add on which rung (starting with Rung 1 - Vegetables). In the same forum you will find useful information on finding your CCLL, when to move up a rung, etc. I suggest reading all stickys in the OWL forum.
