    Well, I've been complaining lately that I'm not losing any weight and couldn't figure out why, so I decided to take my measurements again today.

    I lost 6.3 INCHES in 3 weeks! WHOO HOO! Still, the scale isn't moving (actually gained another pound today) but the inches are coming off.

    (doing my happy dance!) I'm soooo happy!

        Woo hoo!!! I know it sucks when the scale doesn't move...but inches show more! Don't worry tho...that scale will move! Glad to hear that you are having some success!

            I don't get the anger at gaining a pound...losing inches means you've gotten smaller AND you're losing fat, which are what you want...so what does it matter what the scale says? If I were a smaller size, or especially back to my goal size, I wouldn't even weigh myself.

            If you're dropping inches, weight is just a moot question.

              Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.

                I agree with Shannon Losing fat (inches) is far better than just losing scales weight!!

                After all - who sees the weight numbers but you? All your friends and family see the smaller you

                  Most likely muscle that replaced it. Since muscle weighs more than fat. But thats great news!
