I must be nuts, I cannot find the elliptical button to add into my Fitday (new user) There is a unicycle option - but no elliptical? I did a search, tried different spellings... Its my main exercise so I need to find it or a reasonable alternative. I appreciate the help.

I use the 'stair-treadmill ergometer' option. I noticed there is a 'ski machine' option too - never used or seen one of those so have no idea if that might be a better choice.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Looked over several choices in fitday and ended up thinking the same as Elizellen. Hard to believe that they haven't put in an entry for something as popular as the elliptical but they haven't.

I use skimachine. Says 10 minutes is about 56 calorie use. I have long decided that the calorie spent on exercise have no impact on anything so I do not worry about it.
But I agree they do have some interesting thing to enter on fitday (like hugging and kissing).
