    The rule of thumb is to count one ounce of cheese as equivalent to one gram of carbohydrate.
    Not a bad idea as it does reinforce the idea of limiting cheese to the 3-4 ounces.

      That doesn't mean one can count carbs accurately, though, right?

      You can still keep the limit to 3-4 ounces while knowing the correct carb count, right?

      After all, Fitday, which is so strongly recommended, does use the actual carb count.
