  • Did well away from home!

    I went to Calif. for the weekend and went to Scary Farm. Did a lot of walking around and I stuck to plan but didn't lose any weight! I find that when I add walking to my weight loss regimine, it really slows down my weight loss. So we're back home, and back to our school routine, getting ready for houseguests for Halloween and looking forward to losing more weight. I am keeping up my walking in the evenings so it will be slow going, but it will be going! THAT I promise!

    Good job!

    Walking is good for you ... remember, exercise is non-negotiable with Atkins!

        I also find that exercise and a lot of sweating tends to "slow" down the weight loss for a moment. But i'm sure that as long as ou keep those nutrients, minerals and water levels up, that whoosh will be coming very soon.

          I agree that it tends to stop for ages then drop a couple all at once when you exercise regularly. Keep at it.
