    Is this like the Davinci syrup? or is there SF caramel syrup you can find at a grocery store in the ice cream topping section?

    What are the ingredients in this stuff?

    SF Cool Whip also claims to be sugar free... but it isn't if one checks the ingredients.

      I'm not sure. In the desserts section, there is a recipe for thos cheese cake muffins and i was going to make a batch tomorrow, and one of the ingredients just says " SF caramel syrup" but im not sure exactly what that means or what kind... ?

        I imagine they mean you to use one of the Davinci/Torani/etc syrups made with a 'legal' sweetener like sucralose (splenda) instead of with sugar.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
