  • Does anyone use the website "The Daily Plate?"

I found this cool site, but just wondering if anyone here uses it and if so, how good is it? I don't like fitday so I am trying to find something else. The sad thing is that they all seemed to be geared for counting calories.

I haven't tried Daily Plate, but some folks here use sparkpeople.com

I liked it but was already used to fitday and had put in a lot of custom foods, but maybe it will work for you.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

I used it a while ago. Be careful with the custom entries done by members. Some (many) are wrong.

I have yet to use it, but thanks for the heads up

Do you know if there is a site like this, but for us that are watching carbs? It seems that these sites are designed for people watching caloric intake.

All Things Food and Diet - FatSecret will give you net carbs.

If you're just tracking, it doesn't matter what the focus of the site is ... it's a tool you use.
