I've been trying to make weight for my physical coming up. I had to be under 170 pounds or be disqualified. My body has been sitting at 170-173 forever now.
Well the day came and I weighed in at 167.2 pounds
I did a temporary water, egg whites, tuna only diet to push past 170.
So now that I passed, how did I celebrate?
Day 1 cheat
1 giant cup of Mt. Dew
1 Giant (and I mean Giant) plate of deluxe nachos
Day 2 cheat
1 Large plate of cookies (m&m style)
1 Sammich(bread) +handful of chips
2 days later my weight went from 167 to 175
I assume this is mostly water retention gain so I'm quite happy with the results.
Once again I'm thrilled with my results, I love keto.
Could they make it any easier? lol.
