Is tylenol PM ok for atkins? I am even talking about the inactive ingredients. I don't want to stall out. Please can someone help me??

    Can you post the ingredients?

    GOAL ONE 228
    (take 2)
    GOAL TWO 213 (personal goal)

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

I'm not sure which one you are taking.

The geltabs and caplets have a tiny amount of starch in them.

The liquid kind has sugar... so I would avoid it.

Most meds can slow down weight loss. But it's not something I would worry about. If one needs to take some medication, then taking that medication is likely more important than losing 5 lbs per month instead of 3. If you notice it affects your weight loss, then you can ask your doctor whether it's possible to switch to other meds.
