  • Question about Fitday

When it shows your carbs... are those the actual carbs or the net carbs?

It shows the total carb grams. You have to subtract out the fiber to get the net grams.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

Ok, so how do I find the fiber on non-packaged goods? I know how to read nutritional labels on foods that come in a package, but I've no clue what the fiber is in say, zucchini, or lettuce... or tomatoes.... or eggs... etc.

Scroll down and you'll see the calorie and nutrition information pie chart. On the PC version you can set the columns to show carbs minus fiber, but online you can see find the fiber count in about the same place then do the math. Don't forget to log your activity, too. I think it's cool how FitDay shows my food intake and calories burned by my activities... a little immediate atta-girl for exercising.
