What could be the cause of that you think? Just a fluke? I was very active yesterday cleaning all day. Maybe I didn't eat enough yesterday and it hit me today? Or do you see a trigger food in my menu. Keep in mind I went back to induction 3 days ago so it could be that, though I was only eating more veggies and some nuts before going back to induction.
Yesterday:
breakfast - egg nog shake (egg, cream, vanilla, 1 packet sweetener)
snack - string cheese
lunch - chicken parm (just a little parm cheese on top) and cauliflower
snack - tomato and mozzarella (2 oz)
dinner - 2 egg omelet (1 oz cheese) and 2 pieces bacon
snack - 2 pieces pepperoni
(went to have a salad at lunch and the lettuce was frozen in the fridge)
Today:
breakfast - 2 eggs, steak (2-3 oz)
snack - small egg nog shake
lunch - chicken parm and side salad with 5 cherry tomatoes
snack - 2 string cheese
snack - taste of stew I made for dinner (about 2-3 oz beef tops, a few green beans, and a little onion)
dinner isn't eaten yet but it's beef stew (green beans, celery, and onion are in it, but it's only 1/2 an onion in the whole thing and I did like 3 lbs of meat!) and a salad
I put things into fitday and my fat is a little low for both yesterday and today. You think that's it? I know fat makes you feel fuller right? Thanks for the feedback.

Even though I feel all dehydrated. Peeing often and drinking a lot. Maybe I need more. My pee is never clear, but that's because of my B-vitamin so it's tricky to use that as a guide. My throat and eyes are dry, but I think it's the weather here. I'm in NM and there's no humidity at all. I'll try drinking more for sure, but I don't think that's it.
