Yes - 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese, 2 sausage patties. I'm just not sure where they sneek in the 1g Sugar and if that is "minimal" enough for induction.

Look at the list of ingredients - more important to read the list of ingredients than the nutritional info, If this included cheese and eggs I would think that the carbs came from those items.

The carbs come mostly from eggs, cheese and spices in the sausage patties.

I assume this is some restaurant food and you don't know the ingredients in the sausage, right?

A large egg has 0.6 net carbs.

A slice of cheese (1 ounce), assuming it's something like cheddar, is less than 0.5 net carbs (cheddar has 0.36 net carbs).

I would avoid American Cheese... it's very processed. I don't know what cheese is used in this stuff.

to scramble a couple eggs, microwave a sausage pattie & grate 1 ounce of cheese won't take more than a couple minutes in the morning ---- that way you know what you're eating. If you don't have a couple extra minutes in the morning make it up the night before then microwave it in the morning....or try making up a quiche or egg muffins - enough for a few days at a time. If you don't want to grate cheese buy Deli Deluxe brand cheese and use it - it's not as processed as american cheese.

I don't like the sodium content -- 1040mg .... in 1 meal? That's an awful lot. It you make your own you can also control the sodium
