  • Three days down and.....

    5.6lbs lost! I am so happy I honestly did not know I would feel this great on this diet. I was very carb sensitive. I would get really tired after eating, then I would feel like was starving two hours later! but now I feel fine and I have a little bit more energy. Well, lets just say I don't dread getting out of bed anymore.

    What you are describing is the beginning stage of diabetes. It's called insulin resistance. The great thing is that as long as you stay on this diet, your blood sugar should stay stable and you can reverse the insulin resistance.

    So happy you are noticing the benefits right off the bat

      yeah, I figured thats what it was. Diabetes runs in the family. My father had it since he was a child and my mother was diagnosed with type 2 over a year ago. I am so glad that I am doing something to lose weight and better my health!
