    I feel like a posting fool..........but I was wondering about exercise. Should I start right away, or try and lose a few LBs first....i am currently 254.......any advice?

    I would start immediately, even if it's 10 minutes a day. You want to start as many good habits you can, along with stress reduction, muscle strength, metabolism, etc.

    For you ticker, if you go to forums, scroll down to Miscellaneous Forums, and then Testing and Technical, you will find a Sticky that will walk you through the steps.

      Hi,
      Definitely start right away, if you are healthy enough to exercise.
      You can start out by walking and get a pair of light weights.

      If you surf the net you will easily find some exercise ideas for beginners.
