    Just wanted to let everybody know that the scale is FINALLY moving again! I've lost 3.5lbs since I started posting my menu and getting help with whatever I was doing wrong (less than a week). Yaaay!!

    I'll never underestimate the power of vegetables ever again!

    Thanks guys. I can't thank you enough!

    Things have been rough over here (the dr thinks my boy might have strep throat), but I'm going to keep posting my menu everyday. I'm still a little afraid that I might do something wrong.

      Hi Linda, glad to see that your weight loss is on track! Aren't these boards great?!
