Hello all! I am not new to Atkins, but I am new here. I was doing strict induction prior to pregnancy and lost 60 pounds. I am now 5 months and struggling with how to eat. I feel sort of lost, do you mind if I post here although I must eat some whole grains and fruits while pregnant?

While pregnant you should eat at maintaince level. I thought there was a pregnancy thread somewhere....

Induction is not the only phase of Atkins! There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating whole grains and fruits on Atkins... even if you are not pregnant.Originally posted by Hopehealthy View Post
