Fort Hood Memorial

[mission to lose]

Have been watching the memorial ceremony at Ft. Hood for the past hour. Such as sad thing that happened last week. We lost two military people in that shooting from here in Illinois. One from Chicago, and one from a nearby suburb. A young man and a young woman. Both lived less than an hour from our home. The Chicago community is feeling the sadness.

It's good they had a service to honor the servicemen and servicewomen that died.

Very sad indeed. Still can't figure out why this happened. My heart goes out to the families involved.
