    Caramel Coloring?

I just discovered that the turkey I've been getting - and enjoying immensely - has caramel color added. The ingredients on the pack say "Turkey, water, seasonings, caramel color."

I haven't had any cravings from it and am still losing and not getting sugar reactions or anything.

Should I stop eating it anyway?

    Re: Caramel Coloring?

Well, caramel coloring is "sugar" in a way.

You could buy real turkey and roast it yourself.

Hmm... I suppose I have to find another type of turkey.

I can't roast things. No oven.

      Thanks
