Let me preface this by saying that in the past, I've *never* been cold. I'm a California girl, and I've always been able wear shorts almost year-round.
Now, it's 72* in my house, I'm wearing heavy clothing with a sweater, and I'm shivering uncontrollably. It was the same last night. I got up and put an extra blanket on my bed, and I was still uncomfortably cold. I haven't lost very much weight, not enough to have "lost my insulation", lol! Anyone else cold while on Atkins?

(What a nice way to put it.) Now I'm cold in the house and run about with my robe over my clothes and socks and slippers on. I used to be t-shirt and barefeet inside all winter.
Coming back to claim my life.
That's beautiful !!! I can so appreciate that, except that I only get cold when I go outside as the snow is showing up. I can only hope that I can start fitting into my winter woolies
