Hope everyone is doing well. Can someone please help me? I am on day 18 of ATKINS and I have not lost any weight. The scale says the same number. Granted, I have been eating a lot (of the right foods) and I haven't gained anything. I really thought I looked thinner and felt thinner, but I don't have any proof because I did not measure myself.
I have not drank alcohol since I started. Here is what I eat:
Breakfast
3 hard boiled eggs with sharp cheddar cheese and olive oil
Coffee (decaf) with splenda and non-fat, non-dairy powder creamer
Lunch
Steak or egg salad with lettuce, olives, and olive oil as the dressing
Dinner
Sometimes buffalo wings (plain, naked so just the meat)
Sometimes eggs and tomatos
I drink Coke Zero all day or Unsweet tea with Splenda or Sweet n Low all day. At night, I drink Diet Gingerale or Crystal Light.
I excersise, cardio only, 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes.
No weight loss! Please help.
