    Re: Too much fat?

63 kg is 138 pounds ... so you would want to eat at least 1500 calories (mainly because no one should eat less than that).

You would count your %s by using a program like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal ... I know it can be done by "math" ... but it's beyond my calculating skills!

    No question is foolish!

Why can't you use it? Did you create an account there?

          Hi Tannaz
          Welcome to our ADBB family

Initially most of us don't have to think about restricting calories on induction.

Later when we are near to our goal weights it might be something to consider, but to start with it is better to concentrate on eating the correct foods and in amounts that make you no longer hungry.

If you sign up for a free 'account' at a website like www.fitday.com you can enter all the foods you eat including oils and fats etc used in cooking and it will work out the percentages for you.

On induction if you are following the rules according to Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) you will probably find you have percentages close to 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

              >>please help me>>

You'll need to be more specific.

              >>please tell me what should i do exactly>>

              Exactly about what?

                  You're "sort of" right.

You really do need to read the book, or the links here:
