            I have heard that the sky is falling down.
            See I can say that but is anybody going to believe me.
            Some of the people I talk to about low carbing say things like "I have heard that you get cancer from it" or "I have heard that you will get a heart attack"
            Myths and silly stories they have sort of made up themselves rather than focussing on facts and reall stories.

            So your "I have heard" is pretty meaningless unless you have a reference. Who said this? Did these person base it on a study? Were they experts in the field? Were they doctors?

            So is there a website you can refer to (a link to a website)
