  • please explain clearly

    im 138 how many calories and fat and protein can i eat i know we can eat f&p unlimited but if i have alot of fat &protein so i will have alot of calories for example if i eat alot of fried fish or shrimp & i eat 2000calorie is that ok ?

        I would eat at least 1500 calories in your situation.
        The general advice is to eat to your appetite because our body actually does have a common sense. It will tell you when it is full and tell you when it is hungry.

        Are you afraid you cannot tell when you are full?

          no but if i eat 1500 but imstill hungry so what should i do can i eat afew more calories (for example 500 or 1000calories )i mean what is the relation between this 2
          (calorie &unlimited fat or protein)

            If you are hungry you eat more.

            You are obsessed by numbers. I think Are you used to counting calories. We do not count calories on Atkins we count carbs and ONLY carbs. Why do you not try that and see how that will work for you. Eat real whole foods and veggies and follow the rules

              Your body will tell you. Liv is absolutely right. Count carbs only. Don't even think about calories. As you get the hang of this, you should be able to tell when to eat, when not to and when to stop eating. When you are there, if you are using fitday you can look back and your calories will likely be in the right range. Think of it as freedom from worrying about calories. If you are eating carbs correctly you will not go overboard on calories - especially if you are exercising.

                When you still think you are hungry drink a glass of pure water -- many times people "think" thay are hungry when their body is dehydrated and is actually needing water.
                How much water do you drink daily? 64 ounces is the minimum you should be drinking.

                  Yes... listen to your body. Eat to satisfy your hunger no more, no less. Keep to the rules regarding carbs for your phase of Atkins; exercise; drink lots of water. The calories will take care of themselves.
